• Sandy recommends Women with Guitars, run by Hawaii-transplant Chicagoan Kim Char Meredith. Women with Guitars is a program and series of showcases that spotlight the variety of women's guitar styles and the role of the guitar in women's music.

Andina & Rich are Chicago singer/songwriter/humorist Sandy Andina and Madison, WI singing cowboy comedian/songwriter Stephen Lee Rich. They have decades of experience on coffeehouse, festival, cabaret, and comedy club stages as well as on radio and cable television. Each has a solo CD, but you can also hear them both on "The Preppy Comedy Album" (Eclipse, 1981, vinyl, out-of-print) and the Travenia Records compilation CD, "Tappin' Out a Rhythm, Pickin' Out a Tune" (December 2004) on which each of them has several songs along with the rest of Travenia's talented roster of artists. • SASS! is songwriters Sandy Andina and Susan Urban from Chicago, Illinois. The SASS! Trio adds the talents of Kate Early. They're accomplished performers and songwriters, each with many years of experience entertaining audiences across the Midwest and beyond. These wise and witty women describe their music as Contemporary Folk, but their influences range from folk to rock to opera and everywhere between. FemMuse is a wonderful organization in the LA area that showcases quality women rock and acoustic musicians in prestigious settings such as the Derby and the Hard Rock Cafe. Sandy has been honored to participate. FemMuse is headed by Shredmistress Rynata, an amazing and engaging rock guitarist with formidable chops, terrific stage presence, and a nurturing spirit.
